The Church Council will meet Aug. 26 (Thursday) to approve plans for September to December which will include
World Communion Sunday, All Saints' Day, Thanksgiving Day, Advent, Christmas and New Year's Eve programs.
The Choir is preparing for the Christmas Cantata. If you can sing or can make a joyful noise to the Lord, join
the practice on Tuesdays from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM.

The UMW is having a Rummage Sale on Sept. 11 (Saturday) from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the church lanai.
The Church Family Camp is set for October 1 & 2 at the St. Anthony Retreat. Register with Gene Manuel or
Coralee Cortes.

Memorial Service for Mrs. Casianila Cadiente is set for Aug. 26 at the Diamond Head Mortuary at Kahala. Viewing
is from 9-11, memorial service at 10:30 AM and burial at 12:45 PM.
Memorial services for Mrs. Esther Misajon is August 24, Tuesday at 7-8 PM at the Aldersgate UMC. Wednesday morning
viewing starts at 9:00 AM with service at noon at the Nuuanu Memorial Park and Gardens.
